HEALTH ALERT!  For the safety of our patients and staff, effective March 30, 2020, new patients and patients with disabilities will be permitted one visitor over the age of 15. No other visitors will be permitted into the clinic.  Family members and caretakers may participate in the appointments remotely by phone or video conference if desired. Compass is working with other health care providers in the area to help contain the spread of the novel Coronavirus. We are taking active steps to minimize your exposure to the virus. These steps include screening everyone who enters the clinic for signs of illness, banning most visitors in the clinic, minimizing our own staffing and allowing some employees to work from home, and frequent sanitation of the clinic. We are using personal protective equipment such as masks, gowns, gloves, and face-shields according to national guidelines. We are working to identify those patients whose visits or treatments can be safely delayed, and we will notify you of this if you have an upcoming visit.  We ask that you stay home if you have fever and/or cough.

Enroll Today

To ensure your privacy and the security of your medical records we’re asking our patients to enroll when you are in the clinic.

1. Visit a clinic and sign a waiver form giving us permission to provide you access to your health information via the internet.

2. Receive an email (usually within 48 hours of visiting the clinic) and follow the instructions to create your online account.

3. Keep your password and login information. If you’ve lost it, visit the site and use the “forgot password” or “forgot username” links to recover them.

Message Center

Now we offer a new way to get in contact with us - you can send us a secure message for general, non-urgent questions at any time. Log in to My Care Plus and click the “Message Center” link at the top right of the screen. Then, select “Compose Message” from the left-side menu. You’ll just need to complete the short form and click the “Send” button.” You can expect a response from our practice within 48 hours of sending your message. Using My Care Plus provides you with access to documented responses in one place, allowing you to easily refer back to or share with others.”
