Biography

Anna is a Physician Assistant with previous experience working with patients who carried significant disease burden in the context of poverty and limited social support. Utilizing her pre-medicine background as a teacher and a Social Worker, she draws on her interpersonal and communication skills to ensure that patients understand the choices before them at each junction in the road that is their cancer journey.

She enjoys working as a team with the Oncologist, Social Worker, patient, and loved ones to ease symptom burden and honor the patient’s goals of care each step of the way. Known for her calming presence and kindness, she looks forward to working with you as you navigate your cancer.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys laughing, cooking, and relaxing with her family. A Colorado native, she loves the easy access to legitimate mountains and the ocean that Portland offers and tries to spend some time outside each day, even if just taking their rescue dog for a quick walk around the neighborhood.
