Dr. Storm is a breast surgical oncologist with advanced subspecialty expertise in oncoplastic techniques. In addition to the surgical management of breast cancer, she treats complex benign breast disease. She is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art care that includes innovative surgical approaches like nipple and skin sparing mastectomies, and incisional techniques similar to those used in cosmetic procedures. Her practice philosophy recognizes that the mind and body are not separate. Preserving a woman’s self-esteem is as important to her as getting rid of the cancer. She works closely with plastic surgeons so that, long-term, her patients can look in the mirror without a constant reminder they had cancer.

When not at work, Dr. Storm enjoys being a mom of two wonderful children.

What Patients Say

"Dr Storm is a caring provider. She goes above and beyond, always looking out for her patients best interest, their health. I consider her to be an impeccable doctor." ----Google Reviews

"Dr Storm did my Breast Cancer surgery. She is the greatest!" --- Facebook

"Dr Storm was very uplifting, informative and patient. I recently had surgery with her & a plastic surgeon following breast cancer diagnosis (29). So far the results have been great! She is very open toquestions and working with patient on best plan of care." --- Google Reviews

"My primary care physician called with the results of my breast biopsy; the news wasn't good. My next assignment was to choose a breast surgeon. I had no idea where to turn. My daughter suggested I contact Susan G. Komen. I called their Portland office, explained what I needed and was told, "You want Dr. Storm." Highly skilled, Dr. Storm genuinely cares about her patients, is a strait shooter and aggressive when she needs to be. Exactly who you want on your cancer team."  --- Healthgrades

"Cancer is a tough diagnosis, period! The entire team at Compass Oncology are very caring, and compassionate, and each of them work hard to help ensure the patients journey is as pleasant as possible. Dr. Toni Storm exhibits these traits and SO much more! My initial visit with her was scary and overwhelming, but I appreciated the fact that she was straight forward and extremely honest about my "not so favorable" diagnosis. She thoroughly explained the overly complicated cancer specifics using language an average person like myself could understand. She also encouraged me to consider radical treatment options referencing the fact that she would recommend the same steps to her own family if they were diagnosed at the same young age of 34. Dr Storm's heart is so beautiful, and I believe the love and concern she has for her patients goes beyond that of your typical provider. Throughout my years treating with her I have always felt that my health and happiness are a personal concern for her. Dr. Storm's surgical knowledge and performance are amazing. In addition to her clinical excellence her tenderness in the O.R. and respect for my request for prayer pre-surgery put me at ease during one of the scariest moments of my life. To date Dr. Storm's attention to my needs have not ceased to amaze me. Every time I reach out to her, or her team, with a concern or question they respond and/or react to insure the proper care is taken to ease my worry. From the very first day I chose Storm to be a part of my team I knew I made the right decision. I am beyond blessed and thankfulfor Storm and her team at Compass and I know you will be too because she will fight for YOU every step of the way! God Bless and may your journey be rewarding." --- Google Reviews

"Dr. Storm is the best in the biz!!! If you're unfortunate enough to be handed a diagnosis of breast cancer, you want to know the doctor who's treating you has the knowledge, experience, surgical expertise, and compassion to guide you thru all of the important decisions you need to make along the way. I am thankfulevery day when I look at myself in the mirror that Stormie was my doc, that my cancer was eradicated, and that in the end, the decision Stormie helped me to make about my double mastectomy was the absolute best decision for me! She continues to be a trusted doctor and friend in my life." --- Google Reviews

"From the time you walk in with a warm smile geeeting you, to the assistants bringing you back to the exam room.. you see that Dr. Storm Dickersons team Truly cares. There comes an ease when you hear a little chatter in the hallway and light laughs between Dr. Storm and her team. At Compass you will find people that are enjoying their job and helping people. I appreciate Dr. Storms assistants making sure we know how long ourwait time was, offering a beverage or a light snack. Dr. Storm was a delight. She is full of energy.Helping give her patients a path for care that would bring the best results!" -- Google Reviews

"After my breast cancer diagnosis, the brightest light in the frightening tunnel was Dr. Toni Storm! Myfirst visit with her was so comforting, she was so patient answering my questions and carefully explaining my diagnosis and surgical treatment. Thanks to her incredible talent as a surgeon, my double mastectomy wentperfectly and post-op follow up couldn’t have been better. The entire staff at Compass couldn’t be beat, all so caring. Her concern for me as a patient and individual made me feel as though I were her only patient. She is the best, so thankful to have her as my doctor!"  --- Google Reviews

"I was recently diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer (38 years old) and was trying to make sense of multiple opinions from different medical teams I had seen regarding the best course of treatment. I was beyondimpressed with my experience at Compass Oncology. My first contact was with the receptionist team and support staff who were all very kind, efficient and helpful. Then, I saw Dr. Storm who was the first person I had seen that was able to put my mind at ease about why a particular treatment plan made sense and explained things to my husband and I, in an easy to understand, digestible way. She was clear and gentle and we left feeling a huge sense of confidence and relief about the path forward. Thank you to Dr. Storm and her amazing team at Compass!" --- Google Reviews

"I was diagnosed with breast cancer 6 years ago and I thank God for Dr. Toni Storm! I wish I could give her ten stars! I never been to a more caring, intelligent highly skilled surgeon.
