Nadia is a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and hope-building mental health practitioner and educator. She embraces a strengths-based approach and a holistic perspective maintaining that hope can have a profound influence on both the individual and collective healing and recovery. She has over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through various life transitions and adjustments in a multitude of settings including medical social work, inpatient acute care, intensive care units, outpatient clinics, long-term care, and hospice and palliative care.
Nadia integrates multiple sources of knowledge and practice wisdom by blending a variety of evidence-based practice and theory-based treatment approaches to gain better understanding of her patients and how to better assist them in their recovery.
As a qualified bilingual licensed clinician, Nadia offers services in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
